This band is primarily hard rock they classify their music as rock. They went thru a number of lineups before releasing High Voltage in 1975. In 1977 Cliff Williams replaced Mark Evans. While Highway to Hell was recorded in 1979 lead singer Bon Scott died in 1980, Brian Johnson replaced Scott and Back in Black was released. For Those About to Rock was a smash hit as well.
