Cats
CATS is a musical phenomenon composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber in 1981 based on Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats by T. S. Eliot and adapted for stage by Richard Stilgoe. CATS, first shown in London's West End, at New London Theatre in 1981, ran for a record-setting 21 years and ran for over 18 years on Broadway.  CATS tells of an English feline tribe, the Jellicles, who have come together for their annual JellicleBall.  Each cat auditions with a different song and/or dance number vying for the chance to be reborn as the Jellicle's Choice.  The show's best-known song, "Memory", performed by Grizabella, "the Glamour Cat", has been recorded by over 150 artists, and is considered by some to be Webber's signature tune.  CATS is and has been one of the most-loved musicals of all time despite never being critically acclaimed and is still playing around the world.  Let Best Ticket Site get you that special ticket because CATS is a memory that will live, now and forever.
