Fall Out Boy was formed in 2001 in the suburbs of Chicago. The band got their name when at a concert they asked the audience what their band should be called and someone yelled "Fall Out Boy." The band gained noteriety with their Take This to Your Grave in 2003. It was fueled by the hit singles "Grand Theft Autumn" and "Saturday". Fall Out Boy signed with Island Records in 2003 and released their major label debut >From Under The Cork Tree in 2005.
